Claudette Jones 

Ms. Jones is a retired social worker with over 30 years experience. Ms. Jones was known as a key ingredient for the "dream team" in the city of Norfolk social services. 

Ms. Jones now gives her attention to the family business that her mother Mrs. Estelle Baker started in the early 80’s. Ms. Jones serves has the Chief Operating Officer for Baker’s Home Inc. and Estelle’s Place Program Director. 

Ms. Jones has been the program director of Estelle’s Place since its doors opened in the October of 2002. The program has expanded under her leadership and continues to grow everyday.
